From my first hand knowledge of the work of Sarada Kalyan Bhandar, I have much pleasure in recording here my appreciation of the efforts of its workers. May the work draw a sympathy and support of the wider public so that the financial constraints from which the good work is now suffering may go.

প্রতিষ্ঠানটি মহান উদ্দেশ্য সাধন করেছে। আমার এখানে এসে খুব ভাল লাগল। এদের নানারকম কাজের সম্বন্ধেও কিছু কিছু জানলাম।সব থেকে ভাল লাগল আর্থিক দিক থেকে পিছিয়ে পড়া ছাত্রছাত্রীদের এঁরা বড় হতে সাহায্য করছেন। কামনা করি এঁদের প্রচেষ্টা সার্থক হোক এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানটি উত্তরোত্তর উন্নতি করুক।

এইরূপ একটি মহতী সভায় সকলের সঙ্গে থেকে নিজেকে খুব ধন্য মনে করছি৷ এখানে আসিয়া যাহা দেখিলাম তাহা জন্মজন্মান্তরেও ভুলিব না৷ আবার এই তপোবন আসার সুযোগ পেলে নিজেকে ধন্য মনে করবো এবং যাদের জন্য Project তাদের জন্য কিছু করতে পারলে আরও খুশী হব৷ এই সারদা কল্যান ভান্ডার সুন্দর সুষ্ঠু ভাবে পরিচালিত হউক এবং ছেলেমেয়েদের সমাজের মানুষ হিসাবে গড়ে তুলুক এই কামনা করি৷ শুভেচ্ছান্তে,

সারদা কল্যাণ ভান্ডারের কাজকর্ম্ম দেখে ও শুনে খুব ভালো লেগেছে। উৎসাহিত বোধ করছি এই কারণে যে, শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণ-সারদা-স্বামীজির আদর্শ সত্যিই রূপায়িত হচ্ছে এখানে।নারী-শক্তির কথা স্বামীজি বলেছিলেন। কজন মাত্র অনুপ্রাণিত নারী এত বড় কাজে নেমে পড়েছেন। অল্প সময়ে এত এগিয়ে গেছেন তা প্রত্যক্ষ করার সুযোগ হল।Be and Make শুধু কথার কথা নয়। একটি বাস্তব আদর্শ তা এখানে হাতেনাতে করে দেখাচ্ছেন সারদা কল্যাণ ভান্ডারের সদস্যরা।

It was pleasure meeting Prof. R. Sarkar and was so kind of her to talk to me so homely and give me some valuable information about her institution. Hope this would help me to keep in touch with the institution in future.

I was greatly moved by the warmth, sincerity & affection showered on me by the office bearers of Sarada Kalyan Bhandar. I appreciate the great efforts put in by the organization to bring in some positive change in the lives of a few hundred poor and deserving children. I wish if we have many more organizations like this to uplift some more poorest of the poor and downtrodden children. Excellent ideas which are worth replicating all over the country. Such work will make the children and youth sensitive about the society. Such type of work should be supported in all forms including funds.

I am extremely impressed with the dedication and commitment of the people involved in SKB towards their service to the humanity. Their services do inspire ordinary person like me a lot. I pray that SKB will succeed in all its endeavors.

On this, my first visit to SKB, I have been touched and gratified by what I have seen among the trustees, staff, instructors and children associated with the Trust and the children project. The raising of the school since my organization’s last visit is a potent symbol of the strength of SKB’s importance to its 9 surrounding communities as well as(of course!) a vital upgrade to its ability to serve its contingency. The devotion of past students to SKB as shown by their serving as staff or volunteers at SKB, speaks well of your respectful philosophy and nurturance of the human spirit.
